We have used Meth Care Health Pharmacy for several years. We have always been highly satisfied with the service. We placed an order at the beginning of September and have not received it yet. Today’s date is November 8 and the order hasn’t been sent. The payment had been processed also. We had to purchase one of the prescriptions here in the US and it is very expensive. We are disappointed in this encounter.
The pharmacist answered all of my questions. Very helpful in guiding me through the process. When I have the prescription I plan to place an order.
Great customer service, everyone is patient, friendly, and helpful. Only tip is to order prescriptions at least 2 weeks before you need them- they don’t have express shipping as an option and orders can take a while to process.
The people that I talked with when placing the prescription for our kitty were always very helpful and courteous. They followed up after the order was shipped out and also when it was delayed going thru customs in the US. Sadly, we did lose our sweet girl and the lady I chatted with online was very kind and expressed her condolences.

I just made my first order from the USA, to save costs on my medication. It was a very involved for my initial order but necessary to confirm prescription. It takes several days from order, confirmation and the shipping takes up to 5 days. My medication needs to be refrigerated though so I hope it arrives still cool. We shall see. The chat service was very helpful giving me a tracking number today! Hopeful this all goes well. So far so good!
